The Hostal de La Gavina offers elegant and exclusive locations inside and out: spacious landscaped areas, where you can hold a cocktail reception or conduct an open-air ceremony; large private reception rooms, decorated with etchings, Flemish tapestries and 17th-century furniture or Romanesque carvings, with seating room for between 20 and 350 people.

A personalized menu for each celebration is provided; prepared with fresh, quality products, which will pleasantly surprise your family and friends. The menu can also be adapted to meet individual needs, with specific dishes for people with diabetes or allergies, vegetarian dishes, as well as menus designed for children.

In the bid to provide every convenience, you're offered a parking service, cloakroom and nursery, in addition to the other services available on the hotel premises: Spa, outdoor salt-water swimming pool, heated indoor swimming pool, sports facilities and make-up and hairdressing services.

For dinner, try the Candlelight Restaurant, where you can sample the full flavor of sophisticated, signature Mediterranean cuisine. In summer, sitting out on the El Patio del Candlelight surrounded by gardens, or in spring and autumn inside the restaurant, surrounded by oil paintings by Grau Sala, Candlelight guarantees a memorable evening and cuisine of the highest quality to satisfy the most demanding palates. All accompanied by live piano music.

THE GARDENS

At the Hostal de La Gavina, the inside and outside unite in harmony in an original location, surrounded by trees on all sides, reminiscent of a huge park.

The gardens at the Hostal de La Gavina are wide, open spaces overlooking the sea where guests can stroll, have an aperitif or sunbathe. As the garden is blessed by both sun and shade: the Mediterranean sun and the shade of its hundred-year-old pine trees, olive trees, lemon trees, white mulberry trees, magnolia trees and palm trees.

At the Hostal de La Gavina a part of the sea has been reserved for the guests, a private sea.

The outdoor swimming pool, looking out to a clear, maritime horizon, is a salt-water pool, and the surroundings have been especially designed so that guests can enjoy the Mediterranean sun and light in comfort: within the pool area you will find a Garbí Restaurant, Garbí Terrace and Blue Bar, trees, the solarium and special cabanas: private amenities equipped with bathrooms, porch and terrace that enable you to enjoy an unforgettable day at the swimming pool.

SPORTING ACTIVITIES

Here you will find the perfect conditions and climate to practice outdoor sports. The hotel's coastal location, right by the beach, enables guests to enjoy a broad range of water sports: sailing and motor boats, water skiing, wind surfing, angling and scuba-diving.

Golf is also a favorite sport in the area, with 8 golf courses within easy reach of the hotel.

There are also clay tennis courts and paddle tennis courts, as well as two swimming pools (a salt-water pool and a heated pool), a Fitness Center and Spa on site.

Horse-riding facilities are also available in the area, together with hot-air ballooning, pitch & putt, quad biking, mountain biking or team-building activities for groups.
